Not at all. Many of our clients are not home during their clean. As long as we have access instructions, our team will take care of everything while you go about your day.
We provide all necessary products and equipment, including trusted brands suited to each surface in your home. If you have any preferences or specific products you’d like us to use, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
This depends on the size of your home and the type of clean required. Our minimum booking is 2 hours.
Our standard clean covers all rooms — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning and general tidying. For a full list, just ask and we’ll send you our checklist.
Yes, alongside our regular clients we also offer one-off cleans, including end of lease and deep cleans.
We understand things come up. We simply ask for at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
